The 20/21 season is happening!
Join us September 28th for registration and a SCAVENGER HUNT like we have never done before!
Check-In location: American Legion (outside) – 33 Legion Parkway – Whitman
Things will look a little different this season so be sure to read through all our instructions/guidelines for registration/check-in.
Registration / Check-In Instructions
- Dues are $20 – we encourage you to pay dues ahead of time via Venmo (@Wilma-Whitman). Please include first & last name along with the word “dues”.
- If you do not have Venmo, please have a check pre-written, payable to Whitman Mothers Club.
- If cash is your only option, please have exact amount. Change will NOT be available.
- New members, please fill out the new member registration form https://forms.gle/156YMnh6mK1oCWEHA
- In order to cut down on crowds, our check-in will be between 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM. Please socially distance from anyone ahead of you in line and wear a mask.
Scavenger Hunt Details
- This is not a race. We have a rolling start in order to give everyone a fair chance. Arrive any time between 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM.
- During the check-in process, you will receive our scavenger hunt “to-do” list. Tasks will take you around town – dress appropriately.
- You may work alone or as a team – no more than 5 people per team.
- If working as a team – before heading off to start the game, inform a board member of your team name, members on team and appoint a “team captain”. Only the team captain will submit the photos for confirmation of each task.
- You/your team must complete 5 tasks in order to be entered into a raffle for a prize. An additional raffle ticket will be awarded for each additional task.
- When all your tasks are completed, the team captain will submit all photo proof to our FB group page. In order to cut down on clogging up the page, please submit all task photos together in one post rather than submitting them as you complete each one.
