Our next meeting is Monday, October 20th 7:00 PM.
When you arrive, please be sure to sign in at the front of the room.
As always, feel free to bring snacks for yourself or your table.
We will have a raffle at the front of the room too so be sure to check that out!
There will also be sign ups at the front of the room for our Raffle Baskets.
As a reminder, our raffle baskets are part of our big Craft Fair fundraiser that takes place the first Saturday in December.
There will be themed baskets and if you are able we ask that you sign up to donate an item to a basket. The typical donation would be somewhere between ten and twenty dollars. We have tweaked the basket themes a bit this year:
- Lottery (2 baskets)
- Gift Card
- Dog
- Candy
- Home Sweet Scent
- Lego
- Kids Books
- Cozy Night In
- Wine & Chocolate
We will also need some volunteers to work at the craft fair. So if you can spare an hour, we would love to have you. We will need help at the raffle table (selling raffle tickets), kitchen (serving snacks) and the bake table (selling baked goods). We will have these sign ups online soon and at the November meeting.
We will also need some donations of baked goods for the baked goods sale! This has been quite popular the past few years and we appreciate everything from the family recipes you bake with love to the last minute cupcakes you grab from the store – honestly, we need all of it so don’t shy away even if you are not a stellar baker!
A LIMITED NUMBER OF TICKETS ARE STILL AVAILABLE FOR OUR WINE TASTING EVENT – CHECK OUT THE TICKET SALES PAGE TO PURCHASE.
On to our actual meeting!!!
