We are beyond thrilled to welcome Chef Rosa Galeno! She will be sharing her story and knowledge of food with us as well as teaching those interested how to “putt-up” basil that will last over a year in the refrigerator! Chef Galeno will be realeasing a book next year!
Chef Galeno is encouraging members to bring a dish towel and/or a favorite family recipe to swap with other members! For those interested in learning how to “putt-up” basil, she encourages members to bring basil, kosher canning salt, and a re-purposed jar!
